Connected data, governed meaning

Laboratories, wearables, and scales need provenance—not just a connection.

WellSkor AI is being designed to bring laboratory results, vital signs, wearable trends, connected scales, and patient-reported experience into one source-aware timeline. A connected feed does not automatically become a clinical finding or change a score.

01

Laboratory records

Protected document intake and governed structured-import workflows are under development. Quest and other laboratory connections remain roadmap items until contracted, authenticated, mapped, and validated.

02

Wearables and watches

Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin, and comparable sources are planned connection candidates. Device identity, metric definitions, sampling, missingness, and user consent must remain attached.

03

Connected scales

Weight and body-composition trends may add context, but device-specific algorithms and measurement conditions limit direct comparability and require explicit source labeling.

04

Clinical release

Imported information should remain staged until identity, provenance, completeness, and clinical review gates are satisfied. Consumer-device data does not replace a validated clinical measurement.

Evidence and context

Selected primary and authoritative sources

These sources inform the public explanation and its boundaries. They do not validate WellSkor AI as a medical device or establish clinical utility for the platform.
