Biological age, with context

An aging estimate should open a question—not close the case.

WellSkor AI is designed to present clinical PhenoAge beside chronological age, the contributing laboratory measurements, data coverage, and the date of assessment. The estimate remains one lens within a broader longitudinal review.

01

Clinical PhenoAge

A composite estimate derived from chronological age and a defined set of clinical laboratory biomarkers. It is distinct from DNA-methylation or epigenetic clocks.

02

Inputs remain visible

Albumin, creatinine, glucose, C-reactive protein, lymphocyte percentage, mean cell volume, red-cell distribution width, alkaline phosphatase, and white-blood-cell count require validated values and units.

03

Coverage before interpretation

Missing, stale, censored, or unit-incompatible inputs should reduce confidence rather than be silently imputed or converted into false precision.

04

Direction over time

Repeated measurements may support a more useful discussion than one isolated estimate, but change still requires clinical and methodological context.
