Prelaunch privacy notice.
This notice explains the limited early-access workflow on the public WellSkor AI website. It is not the privacy notice for Hall Longevity Clinic clinical care or the protected WellSkor pilot workspace.
Test-mode registration
The current form validates that the registration workflow functions, but it does not retain the name, email address, audience selection, or organization entered into the form.
What not to submit
Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, laboratory results, treatment details, or other health information. The public early-access form is not patient enrollment and does not create an appointment, portal account, medical record, or clinical relationship.
Operational information
The hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The public form includes bounded validation and abuse controls. Live registration will not be activated until the formal retention, deletion, response, and privacy process is approved.
