Research and development history
How the WellSkor framework developed.
This chronology documents the evolution of the concept without presenting development history as clinical validation.
The founding question
Dr. Michael Hall began asking how health could be managed as a longitudinal system—measured consistently, interpreted in context, and reassessed against a trusted baseline.
Longitudinal method
The concept developed through systems thinking, Total Quality Management principles, and the practical need to compare a patient with their own reviewed baseline.
Early WellSkor framework
Internal WellSkor materials articulated a whole-person model and the Aging Funnel as a visual language for load, repair, and resilience.
Formalization and intellectual property
The framework moved toward a defined system. U.S. patent application 16/930,318 is on file; current status confirmation remains pending.
WellSkor ai and Horizon
The concept is becoming a governed digital experience connecting longitudinal evidence, AgeVector, eleven health domains, the Aging Funnel, and clinician review.

Integrity, Optionality, and the Long Game of Health
Dr. Michael J. Hall explains WellSkor as a living systems view of adaptive reserve, the Aging Funnel, and longitudinal health.
WellSkor ai is a preproduction, clinician-guided longitudinal health intelligence platform designed to organize biological age, biomarkers, connected health context, and lived experience into one traceable view over time.
WellSkor ai is decision support in development—not a diagnosis, autonomous treatment system, or validated predictor of individual outcomes.
